"Large bathroom, close to a train station. Good"

"The rooms are big and nice. The staff is very helpful. The food was very good."

"It was very clean. The room and facilities were beautifully kept and very new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, we would have liked to have booked one of the other rooms via Expedia, but it said that none were available on our date however, upon arrival, we were the only guest there so he...

"Clean, welcoming, very nice onsen experience."

"A lovely hotel with friendly & professional staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle bus was great but if travelling outside of its schedule, location was distant from transport and dining options."

"The facilities and location were so convenient. We slept so well too!"

"Great location and great hotel"
