"We booked a room inside the dome expecting convenience, but the location was surprisingly far from the pools. The room itself was disappointing as we found sand on the bed, dust throughout, and several maintenance issues. The sink wasn’t draining properly, which made showering difficult since we had to keep turning the water off and on to prevent the shower box from flooding.
The Wi‑Fi also didn’t work inside the room despite showing full signal. We requested a room change, but the alternative...
