Charming cottage in a beautiful and quiet location. Enjoy the peace and quiet and just listen to the sounds of nature. In the surrounding area there are many good hiking opportunities, mushrooms and berries depending on the season. Good fishing opportunities for those who want to try their luck. The area is especially known for good canoe trips: you can canoe from Nordre Boksjø to Iddefjorden. Our tip: Østfoldmuseum with the fortress in Frediksten. Suitable for young and old. In Halden you should pay a visit to Fredriksten Fortress, the largest, most important and most honorable border fortress in Norway, in front of whose walls the great Swedish King Charles XII fell in 1718. Also take a trip on MS Brekke through the locks of Northern Europe's highest lock complex.

Gemütliches Haus mitten im Nirgendwo.

Gemütliches Haus mitten im Nirgendwo. Natur pur und schöne Wanderwege gibt es dort zu entdecken. Buchung, An- und Abreise waren reibungslos, allein der Kontakt zum Vermieter etwas schwierig.Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in der "Heenhytte".

Stillhet i skogen

Her finner du alt du trenger av utstyr til et behagelig opphold. God plass både inne og ute. Bortsett fra et par gårder og flere hytter i feltet, er du nesten i ødemarken. Et godt stykke innover fra hovedveien til Kornsjø, men veldig bra grusvei helt fram. GPS leder deg så og si til døra. Badevann og tjern i nærheten og veier og stier for lange turer. Frister det ikke å gå ut, kan dere kose dere med fyr på peisen, mange brettspill og TV, Xbox og internett. Eller hvorfor ikke en god bok. Slapp av og lad batteriene i og ved hytta, ta en harrytur til Ed eller sjekk ut det Halden har å by på.
