"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "From what I gather, the owner, his wife, children, and dog live at the bed and breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay there and are planning to recommend it to everyone we know. If you are a skier, the bed and breakfast is within walking distance of a ski lodge. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owner and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. "Excellent spa hotel just a few steps from the castle (the closest you can be). Very close to restaurants and shops from the little village. Nice breakfast and beautiful hotel. Only negatives were that my son’s bed wasn’t made despite the reservation clearly saying it was for 3 people. I had to ask twice before they came to set up the bed. Also I wanted to use the spa on the day of check out and they charged me 10 euros per person!! I didn’t even use the spa on the day before because I had to visit the castle."
