"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "We always stay here when we visit Kempten. The hotel is very well run and offers a great choice of rooms. We usually book a garden room which is big enough for the two of us and our small dog. The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff welcoming, friendly and very professional. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and it is frequently topped up so very fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the pillows as I find them not very good. "
