"The hot tub was dirty and smelled like mold, the backyard furniture was dirty, no hot water on the first night and last day staying, the gym area treadmill was broke, spiderwebs everywhere the house needs a deep cleaning. The grass in the front of the house was too high the people from the town put a notice on the door to have the grass cut or they would be getting a fine. "I stayed at this property (a ground floor room) for two nights in July 2026. The first night was fine. On the second night, the host returned back to the house at 2.30am and shortly afterwards the front doorbell rang and she let someone else in. From then until 5.30am, the talking and loud noises coming from directly above my room kept me awake for the rest of the night, despite at one stage asking the host politely to keep the noise down. "Beautiful place. Clean, well maintained and updated/decorated nicely. Amazing shower and comfortable beds. 10/10 recommend. Close to amenities, yet on a quiet street. Be careful if you’re over 6’5 however, the ceilings are low."

"Great area to stay in Hamilton. Downstairs neighbors were very nice. Quiet neighborhood and handy to our family.Our host was very prompt at responding to any questions. I have to say that stairway was rather steep, so not good for anyone with mobility issues."

"Andrea was very quick to reply, excellent communication. The place was very clean and in great shape. We enjoyed the private entrance to the beach and being only minutes walk from everything Port Dover has to offer. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Great unit above a wonderful general store. Minutes to some of our favourite wineries. I definitely recommend this for a family enjoying wine country. Getting the unit ready took a bit of time to setup the futon of which was leather which was nice to sit on, not the best to sleep on. The two bedrooms have A/C the main area doesn’t so you’ll have to sleep with the bedroom doors open on a hot day. Not negatives just be aware."
