We could not find anyone when trying to get our room or code to get in. and email check in time and texted time were different times. Other then that all good "

"The photo showing the facility is misleading. We did not stay in the building. We were not informed that the apartment access was up a steep exterior staircase, until just before we arrive. We were told we could park near the stairway, but tenant indignantly pounded on the door and told us to move our car. All the reasonable places to park on their narrow street were taken the night before. Before we left home, a strange person called me about the rental twice. The bed was weird - it sinks in the middle."
"We have rented many beach properties over the years and this home is one of if not the nicest of all. A spectacular view of the ocean from the brand new deck, the dining area & kitchen. On the second floor the two primary bedrooms feature balconies with equally breathtaking views of the ocean. The entire home was meticulously maintained and clean throughout. Very well equipped kitchen. The owner thought of absolutely everything. The owner was quick to respond to any question. A truly wonderful property! "

"My husband and I stayed in this apartment for three days in July. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. There are hiking trails right behind the house. We hiked on those trails everyday. There is a state park just up the road. Right past the state park is a restaurant called the Lobster Pool where we watched the sunset one night. It is also just a few minutes to the beaches and shops in town and a short drive to Gloucester. Although this is an apartment, it was so quiet and felt very private. The bed and furniture were comfortable. There is a full kitchen. We cooked breakfast every my morning. We could have easily cooked more as there were plenty of pots and pans, etc.I met the owner when we checked in. He was very helpful in telling me about beaches, hiking, restaurants and other things to do."
"My parents had an excellent time at this clean, well-equipped little place with stunning coastal views (especially from the upstairs balcony). Owners were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. Location is excellent. Our only complaint was that the description should really mention the low ceilings in the bedroom, which posed a little bit of a mobility challenge for older folks (and for context, my mother is only 5’2” and still struggled a little getting in and out of bed without bumping her head). This was a minor issue, thankfully, and they had a wonderful time otherwise. "
