"Stayed here many times since it's close to my jobsite up in Clarksville. Only ever had a single major issue and it was taken care of promptly after letting the staff know. The rooms are nothing special since it's a small hotel in a small town, but even on that scale it's still above average. Right on the main street so you can walk anywhere you want, and there's a brewery right next to the hotel if that's your kind of thing."

"We had a great time at the log cabin. It was comfortable and very spacious. I especially liked the fact that there were three full bathrooms. Beds and pillows were like being at home. It was also secluded which was nice. The outdoor area and lake accessibility was a highlight! It was a wonderful trip. "

"Berry Hill Resort is a gorgeous, top-notch historical site with all the amenities and comforts needed for a restful vacation, wedding or anniversary celebration, family reunion and any other occasion. The resort is pet-friendly and guest-focused. Breakfast is nicely done with delicious hot foods, muffins and pastries, fruit, oatmeal, juices and delicious coffee. The staff members are very pleasant, helpful and well-trained in the fine art of hospitality and service. The guest rooms are elegantly furnished in period decor, the bed comfortable and the room, bath and coffee areas are spacious. We stay at Berry Hill Resort several times a year and are always pleased with our visits."

"The amenities were perfect! The house was clean and very comfortable. It was too cold to enjoy the water, but the view and night sky was awesome! Also enjoyed the fire pit. Great location if you're looking to get away to a quiet place. Grocery store only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend!"

"Staff friendly "

"The cabin was lovely. Expertly decorated. The only issues that we had were the weather. Upon arriving the wooden platform to the stairs to the cabin where iced over and my husband fell. There are no railings on the wooden platform. I only mention this as a warning to people who might be physically challenged. The stairs leading to the basement would also be challenging to someone who might have mobility issues. The beds were extremely comfortable. We did not use the hot tub nor did we make a fire and we never cooked in the kitchen. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you need to cook. Ada Hoyt, the host was extremely accommodating and available for any questions. The cabin was stocked with toilet paper and paper towels but no bathroom spray. Cell reception for phone calls was hit and miss. My husband injured his toe prior to leaving on our weekend trip and my friend attempted to seek medical help from her family nurse but was unable to make or receive a phone call. She could receive text messages however.The cabin does have a landline but my friend chose not to use it. This was in no way the fault of the host. I simply mention it so you can plan ahead and bring an emergency kit with you. We hope to rent here again in the warmer months. The town of Clarksville is amazing. All the people are so friendly. I highly recommend a trip to the Woodbine Winery which is nearby and I highly recommend staying at this beautiful log cabin home. Thanks for hosting us. "

"The house and property are exceptional. I was primarily on the main floor as I was the one doing the cooking. Having entertainment for the younger crowd helped me a lot when I was finishing dinner. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Clarksville in general is a charming town."

"This cabin is unbelievable! All the amenities, spacious, great views of the lake as well as lake access, and the host had even decorated for the holidays. We especially loved the screened-in porch with fire table for hanging out in the evening."
