Location to the Halifax boardwalk was the key factor to me booking this location! It didn’t disappoint it was a block away from everything! Games like Jenga and chess was nice touch! Female cleaning staff and front desk female staff were very courteous! AC was great:)))) For the not so good parts: Lattitude 44 restaurant was bad food wasn’t good at all. Pillows in room were bad no structure but bed was comfy. Pool wasn’t up to par it was inside and needed a complete makeover. The worse part was the tv with very limited channels and so problematic! Other ppl commented on the same things on Google reviews and I realized they were right. For location alone I still do recommend this hotel but be mindful of the other mentioned issues.

Shared patio was always dirty. Bird poop. Empty wine and beer bottles. Our room overlooked patio. We stayed on the 4th floor near the exit door to the restaurant and bar. We could hear the door open and close through out the early morning and evening. Don't stay on the 4th floor. If you do, stay at the other end. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the hotel was close to everything.

great hotel in middle of downtown Halifax ... which is a great place with great nightlife. hope you enjoy staff were excellent, hotel is very good but aircon is a bit old and noisy as was the fridge which we had to switch off due to noise.

The room was clean and spacious. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The only downfall was the parking. You have to park in a parking garage and it’s very narrow. They have no drive in the front to check in or drop anyone off. I came with a handicap person and it was difficult for them to walk through the garage.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the heart of the Halifax action. It s very clean, it has all the necessary amenities including a functional pool and it is walking distance from most of the important city museums, restaurants and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay there!
