"The staff were wonderful. So kind and obliging. When we said we were meeting up after 50 years they ensured we had rooms together. They advised us about restaurants that we oldies would like. The bar tender actually reminded me we had a glass of ice first time round. So attentive. The rooms were spotless. I trust you will pass this feedback to your lovely colleagues "

"Great stay and location close to shops, bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to our gig. Staff were friendly as ever, although the hotel is a maze and we kept getting lost looking for the stairs to avoid the lift and get our steps in 😂!"

There was some problem with the reservation and they took full control of the situation, checked us in and dealt with the admin part in the meantime. The room. Was beautiful and all the meals we had very high quality with plenty of choices. "Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice spa area. Little bit noisy on floor 1. Could hear doors opening and closing. A bit far from the city centre. Lots of walking or Uber. "

"Fantastic hotel in central Manchester - 2 minute walk to the metro. Lots of great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and electric blackout blind. Lovely swimming pool which guests can pre book for a one hour slot. "
