"The hotel is going through some renovation. It was not bad, and for the cost, pretty good. Breakfast as a grab-and-go was a bit weak. Glad they had a workout room. Simple but worked for my run and some lifting."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property was not as advertised, and during our stay the hotel was under remodeling/construction, which was never clearly communicated beforehand. For the price we paid — plus an additional deposit — I truly expected much better conditions and service. To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged for an additional day, which I am currently disputing. The room itself lacked basic necessities, including soap, which reflects poor attention to guest comfort and cleanliness. Overall, I feel the hotel was overpriced for the quality provided. Transparency, proper communication, and better customer service would have made a huge difference."

"Every time I come to this hotel, it’s always such a pleasant experience. The staff is very kind and the people and meet at the hotel are very kind as well. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The parking is always safe and there’s always good spots available. The air conditioning always worked very well. It’s always a pleasant surprise every time I come thank you very much Dallas Lovefield in staff and Hotels.com for making the reservation and I’m the real person. This isn’t some paid review."

"We stayed here for one night with a group of 5 people in two rooms before flying back home. For a quick overnight stay, it was okay, and the price worked well for our family. However, the photos online are very deceiving — the lobby is really the only area that matches the pictures. Once you get down the hallways to the rooms, there’s a very old smell mixed with cigarette smoke that hits you immediately. One thing that caught us off guard was the required CASH $60 deposit per room. They also inspect the room at checkout for stains or damages, which felt ironic because the rooms themselves were covered in stains. The couch was heavily stained and honestly unpleasant to look at, and the carpets throughout the room were stained as well. Overall, the rooms had a strange odor that made you question how thoroughly things were cleaned. That being said, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the staff members we interacted with were very kind. While I personally wouldn’t stay here again, I can appreciate it as a budget-friendly option for a short one-night stay."
