Viele Dinge im Haus waren nicht in Ordnung. Kaputt oder sehr schmutzig und unangenehmer Geruch im Haus. Bei der Ankunft gab es keine Informationen für uns, einschließlich WLAN-Code, Informationsgeräten, kein Begrüßungswort und Informationen zur Umgebung. In der Küche nur eine Plastiktüte mit 1 Geschirrtuch und Küchentuch. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, weshalb wir es für unsere beiden erwachsenen Töchter gemietet haben. Bei der Ankunft war nur ein Schlafzimmer möbliert. Das linke war ein Durcheinander, mit kaputten Betten, sehr schmutzigen Matratzen, die an einem Schrank lagen, und hier und da einem kaputten Schrank mit losen Fußleisten. Sachen aus den Betten wurden einfach auf einen Stuhl geworfen, das ganze Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Im Badezimmer erwies sich die gesamte Toilette im Obergeschoss als unbrauchbar, sie war kaputt (unreparierbar, wie wir später erfuhren) und ein Duschknopf war kaputt. Eine sehr schmutzige Treppe, Stoffbezug. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss roch sehr schlecht, obwohl wir es viel gelüftet haben. Der unangenehme Brandgeruch vom Holzofen blieb bestehen? - hängen. Alle Fenster des Hauses, außen, aber auch innen, sind stark verschmutzt (auch Spuckestreifen innen). Stellenweise sehr ungepflegt, lose Fußleisten, verrostete Schrankkanten. Auch außerhalb der Terrasse wurde überhaupt nicht gepflegt, viel Vogelkot von einem Pfau. Kurzum: überhaupt nicht das, was wir von einem Belvilla-Haus erwarten. Schnelle Kontaktaufnahme und Einsatz der Hausverwaltung (einige Probleme konnten jedoch trotz zusätzlicher Reinigung nicht gelöst werden), aber der Kundenservice von Belvilla ist völlig schlecht. Sie sollten uns zurückrufen (sos Belvilla), das ist nie passiert. Unsere Beschwerde wurde mit einer kurzen E-Mail abgewiesen. Auf unsere letzte E-Mail erhielten wir keine Antwort, darauf warten wir schon seit mehr als zwei Wochen. Diese eine Woche, in der wir in einem Belvilla-Haus Urlaub machen konnten, war eine große Enttäuschung.

We hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huis is goed uitgerust en de keuken maakte het gemakkelijk om samen maaltijden te bereiden. Het is een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van nabijgelegen attracties zoals Zoo Burgers en het prachtige Nationaal Park Veluwezoom.
