This apartment welcomes you on the first floor of a residential building with its own entrance and terrace. Here you will find a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere where you can always retreat. On the property there is a shared trampoline and a climbing frame for the children.

Nearby you will find all the essentials: a grocery store is just a minute's walk from the house, to a renowned restaurant you will need 10 minutes on foot. Tallsjöbadet with child-friendly swimming area is 1.5 km away, and the child-friendly fairy tale path with just over 10 minutes.

Play padel at the nearby hall, or hike the beautiful Sörmlandsleden and discover the beautiful nature west of Stockholm. Annually Malmköping hosts a large folk festival in July, which is not to be missed.
