Do hotels really get stars for having a pool table or a shiny plastic chandelier? Sad. Front desk staffed by cheerful young woman, which was the only saving grace of an empty town and depressing hotel. "

"The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Our friend in another room had tea making facilities (kettle, cups, etc) whereas our room had nothing. There was no room service done during the day while we were out. Room felt cold with no way to increase the temperature. Breakfast was underwhelming. "
