"Apartment was a decent size, shame it didnt has a sofa of any sort. Bed quite comfortable but needs abit of wd40 on it as you turn it makes a squeaky noise. Host was gelpful and friendly. Bit of advise if you are attending an event in market rasen pre book a taxi. As we could not get hold of one."

"Seagrass is a lovely property,it was spotlessly clean and nice and warm for our arrival. It's a very short walk from the property to miles of brilliant beach,as well as the coastal path which takes you past some great wetlands with a big variety of Birdlife.As we were there out of season there was only one pub open,the Creek Tavern, but it was the most friendly welcoming place we've been to."

Slightly dated interior could stand a refresh and minor maintenance needed like the bathroom fan and an external light not working, but this is minor nit-picking when compared to the good value this place represents!
