We had access to the concierge floor lounge which was an added perk, the rooftop bar at night was a nice place for a nightcap. "Everything was great but they don’t tell you that you don’t get access to the spa if you book on hotels.com I also got a parking ticket that shouldn’t have been one. Luckily I kept the receipt and the manager took care of it. When you park make sure to keep your info if it happens to others!"
