We have been coming to the Ritz for little mini breaks when we don't have enough time to go anywhere further away. It was the Eid Al-Adha holiday, and the hotel was fully booked. We were offered a cold towel and a delicious fruit drink at check-in, personally shown to our room by the wonderful Margarita (thank you!).
