"I can’t say enough amazing things about Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — the staff was so friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. You genuinely feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed with so many spots that are perfect for photos. It’s also very safe, spotless, and well maintained. We had a Bay view from our balcony, and it was absolutely breathtaking — such a peaceful and scenic way to start and end the day. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Disney monorail, which connects you easily to the train station and the parks. Super convenient for Disney visits! The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything was immaculately clean. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. This will definitely be our go-to hotel every time we come back to Tokyo Disney. We truly had a perfect stay — beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommend!"

"Nice hotel, good breakfast (extra cost), comfortable beds and close to the train station. They offer limited shuttle service to the airport, requires reservations in advance. The only negative, a big one for us was that the train station shuts down the escalators at 11 pm. How is a person on crutches and their travel companion carrying 2 sets of luggage supposed navigate all those stairs to get to the other side of the tracks where the hotel is located ? The taxi was going to refuse my fare because the hotel is so close, but relented when he saw the crutches. "
