"A very stylishly decorated and cosy, quiet retreat within a pretty village, a very short distance from the Oxford park and ride scheme at Thornhill. A treat to stay here. The owner provided some very helpful sightseeing tips, and left some thoughtful treats for us, including some Halloween chocolates on the doorstep for our teenagers on 31st Oct. The only downside was the heavy duty bolt on the OUTSIDE of the main bedroom door - not great for anyone of a claustrophobic disposition! Thanks again...

"Absolutely loved the privacy, the conveniences, and Ms. Jenny’s gardens. It was wonderful to be surrounded by the beautiful countryside and lovely animals."

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Great location with lots of very nice pubs serving good food. The barn was lovely and cosy, and such a beautiful building. Our host Mrs Allport was warm and friendly and very helpful. We were down to visit friends and family it was a perfect location to do this, and lovely to come home to relax after our days out. Would highly recommend, and would definitely book again if we were coming this way.Cornwall"

"This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice outdoor area along the river Thames. The house is very rustic as a Cottage should be. The beds are very comfortable, but at night we got a little hot. The property manager brought us some fans which helped a lot. Uber availability was very good and the average cost to go to Windsor Castle was about $16. We did not do a lot of cooking, but when we did, we sat outside . "This is a perfect little characterful bolt hole for a break away from the hustle and bustle. Well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We ate out, but the kitchen was well equipped for those who want to make meals.The cottage has a lovely garden that gets sundhine for most of the day.Cute villiage on the doorstep with a few restaurant options, but plan ahead as not everything's open every day of the week."
