"Very cozy great stay overall"

"The property was located in a very serene country setting. The locations of our interests were quite close. The two-lane roads were curvy and hilly and we loved it. The Inn itself was quite invigorating and allowed us to be able to nurture nature in a relaxful atmosphere. We were both quite satisfied with our stay. "This was a true gem, the space was even better than pictured, well appointed and spotless. Everything looked brand new. A nice supply of Keurig coffee, creamers and a few snacks were also available. The property manager was super prompt and helpful in answering all questions and provided a nice online guidebook as well. We even met her outside once during our stay! Parking was in the back of the property and private, but was a bit tight (Manageable). We were close to Niagara Falls which was the...

"We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here."

"Traveled to Buffalo for a two day concert.. the house was easy to find and very close to the Bills stadium which is where we needed to go. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating"

"My 82 year old cousin, and myself (age 80) stayed in this quite lovely apartment. Very comfy bed, adequate kitchen, clean, and most everything one would need. I would have wished to k ow that the unit was on the second floor as it was a bit difficult for us to carry out luggage up the 14 steps. Also, I would have like to have a tea kettle to boil water and some Kleenex. Other than that, would recommend for younger folks."

"We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area."

"This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! Brad and Vanessa were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay. They are generous in providing towels, bathroom essentials, snacks, coffee pods, kid + baby supplies making our packing process and stay easy peasy. Location couldn’t be better! Highly reccomend! "Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but...

"Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!"

"We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again."
