Its a safe area with a lot of places to eat and shop. Staff is very friendly

This is a fantastic place to stay. The owner, Alyson, was there each morning to greet us with coffee and tea, as well as wonderful breakfast options. My wife had the same thing, salmon/spinach omelette, each morning. She loved it that much. Fresh fruit and homemade bread completed the plate. There are many other options as well. Our one night stay was awesome. We were there for a baseball game at First Energy Stadium. When the game ended, we called the hotel for a return shuttle and a new driver was there in minutes. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Great stay, absolutely no issues,we'll be staying again

A pleasant surprise. They did a very nice job renovating this building. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Clean/ Quiet and the price rate

Was this hotel the best place to stay

Absolutely loved the place. Very nice and quiet setting. All the staff were very nice.

It was a beautiful room everything was clean!! Staff was friendly!! The only complaint I have is the pool was freezing

Joanne at front desk the am of my check out went out of her way to give directions and followed up by printing out the directions and seeking me out to make sure I had the print out and answer any questions. That's service above and beyond. The facilities are clean and comfortable and breakfast is included in the daily rate. A very good value in my opinion.

Very friendly staff and the facilities are very clean. Nice rooms.

Wonderful friendly staff, made us feel like we were a part of a family, would definitely stay again. Huge thank you to the staff!!!

Amazing stay. Entire penthouse was clean. Property is beautiful. We will return next year. If any questions or concerns Carolee was always quick to respond by text or call. Youve got all you need at Houser's crossing.
