"Great location. Clean but no door on shower area. Staff was German. Did their job but not very friendly. Didnt try the breakfast."

"A beautiful property that maintains its art deco architecture with modernity. Friendly, helpful check in staff. Excellent breakfast buffet each morning. A large property, so arrive early for brekky. Also, lobby stays very busy with the bar & cafe. Room was spacious & comfortable. Nespresso machine. Bottled water. Closet space. Nice bathroom with tub. (For the level of hotel, a mini fridge would be nice.) Convenient location across the street from Hbf station. However, a bit of a grotty area/neighbourhood, especially behind the hotel. Watch out for certain streets, particularly at night. Nocturnal “activities” abound."

"This is a very nice hotel located in a promenade area. Lots of tourists and other pedestrians the moment you set foot outside the hotel, but also good shopping and restaurants right out side the hotel. The concierge was terrific. The hotel has an odd configuration that we did not love; you have to take an elevator up from the street level to reception and then a different elevator up to the rooms. Lots of elevators to get in and out of the hotel. Our room had an interior view only which felt claustrophobic. I would definitely recommend that you request an exterior view room."

"The hotel is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station. The Hotel was very clean and tidy the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is well worth the extra money!"
