Worth a stay!

Make sure you have time to sit on the terrasse overlooking the Elbe. The ginger lemonade is a bit too strong for my taste, but everything else is absolutely perfect! Well done.

Very Nice hotel in a fantastic setting. Restaurant, reception etc beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated for a 5 star hotel and no air condition so room was a bit too warm at night

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt an der Elbe. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten ausreichend Stauraum. Beim Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder vorbei.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 25 min mit der S-Bahn vom Stadtkern entfernt, mit dem Taxi zum Altona Cruise Center 15 min. Das Hotelpersonal war überaus hilfsbereit, service orientiert und sehr freundlich. Auf dem Zimmer war eine handschriftliche Begrüßung, wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, sauber, stilvoll. Absolute Weiterempfehlung für Gäste, die nicht mitten in der Stadt wohnen möchten und Stadtvilla einem großen, modernen Komplex vorziehen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Auffrischung. Beispiel: Nach dreimaliger Reklamation von Abflussgerüchen zu drei unterschiedlichen Terminen wurde das Zimmer 218 für eine technische Instandsetzung gesperrt. Beim vierten Mal wurde das Zimmer 118 zugeteilt, mit dem gleichen Problem. Reaktion hier : keine!
