We liked the location, it was walking distance to the city center and all kinds of transportation. However the rooms were very small and customer service was poor. They would direct you by hand gestures instead of saying to go right or left and for how many blocks. We had to ask random people for directions.

Safe, clean, quick and easy. A very nice choice to stay a night or two in Hamburg. All in a walking distance. One of the best & new Ibis hotels I’ve been to.

Good value, location & staff, but a bit basic.

Nice hotel in easy walking distance of U1 line and with helpful staff but you have to go down to Reception to get an iron and ironing board and pay a refundable €10 deposit and the luggage store is lockers that cost you €2. No tea or coffee making facilities in room and pretty basic all in one shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

For 3 star was very basic with mice thrown in free

Although it was January and cold outside the room was far too hot even with the window open....then the traffic noise is immensely loud! Air con turned low didnt work either. Only one pillow for each person and no extras in the room so had to ask. No tea / coffee facilities in the room like basic UK hotels always provide. Wasn't great to see mice running between the restaurant area and lobby either at least two on two different occasions, took a video and told reception but they didn't seem that interested. Wont let me upload photos on here.

Das Hotel hat rine Top Lage. Nah am Hbf aber nicht zu nah. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zudem haben wir statt einem Dreierzimmer sogar zwei Doppelzimmer bereitgestellt bekommen. Ein top Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber sicherlich auch für längere Aufenthalte.

Fint ophold på Ibis Hotel city

Fint hotel. Rent og meget stille, selvom det ligger tæt på en meget befærdet vej og togbane. Sengene er lidt hårde. Fint og varieret morgenmad. God beliggenhed i forhold til byen og attraktioner.
