My flight at HAM was cancelled at the last moment. I had no remaining options that day and needed a place to stay. I was able to walk to this hotel (about a 15 minutes). The hotel is an old building with dated furniture. That said, the staff was great, and the room was clean. The breakfast was very nice. A few restaurants are also within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Good place to stay

It is a charming hotel not far from the airport. It is a little bit outdated, with mold in the bathroom, and a damp smell by the reception area and hallway. Our room was supposed to have one double bed, we were given a room with two single beds. Basic breakfast, very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall for one night was ok.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast room/continental breakfast for 12 Euros extra. Free shuttle to the airport from the Marriott hotel(adjacent to the Kocks hotel). Within 10 minutes walking distance to airport. There is no elevator in this hotel and bathroom was very small ( my knees where touching the wall when sitting on toilet). Needs to be renovated.

Friendly staff and clean room but lack of sound proofing, could hear somebody snoring all night from the room next door. Good location for the airport, but better similar priced hotel around the corner.

I was very impressed by the friendly, helpful and competent staff. The hotel itself is quite basic and feels rather dated for the price I paid. Must have been another weekend with a big event in Hamburg, everything else was even pricier.

Das Hotel ist nur eine Haltestelle vom Flughafen entfernt. Darum haben wir das Gebucht. Wir brauchten das Zimmer nur bis 4 Uhr morgens. Da wir mit einem 8-Jährigen Kind angereist sind, haben wir das Zimmer 34 erhalten - mit einem ausklappbaren Bett und viel Platz. Es war alles wunderbar. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Volle Empfehlung!

Det var en godt værelse og lydtæt, vi havde værelse 13, hvilket er ind mod p gården, hvilket var rigtig godt da hotellet ligger lige ved indflyvningen til Hamborg lufthavn og en større vej, der er 1 min i bil til lufthavnen. Morgenmaden er det der trækker meget ned i min bedømmelse. Det var som om at brødet var sådan nogen rundstykker fra Hattings som varmes op i ovnen, de var noget tørre, ligesom det pålæg der var, æg der nok skulle være blødkogt var som når jeg lave hårdkogte hjemme. Ville jeg komme igen? Ja, men jeg ville nok springe morgenmaden over.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes funktionelles Hotel 800 m vom Flughafen entfernt. Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Sauber, neue Fenster. Bett nicht durchgelegen. Insgesamt sehr heiß im Zimmer, trotz gekipptem Fenster wenig Veränderung. Die Zwischentüren zu den einzelnen Etagen sind sehr schwer und fallen dadurch ordentlich ins Schloss. Ich bin um 3.15h zum Flughafen und früh zu Bett, wenn andere Gäste wieder gekommen sind, war das schon etwas störend. Keine Beurteilung des Frühstücks möglich. Würde aber auf Grund der Nähe zum Flughafen wieder kommen. Fuhlsbüttel hat einige Restaurants und Läden, in denen man gut Essen kann. Der Flughafen HH öffnet erst um 3:45h, d.h es macht keinen Sinn früher da zu sein. Ein Hinweis von Seiten des Hotels wäre schön gewesen, da ein Taxi für mich geordert wurde. Eigener Flughafen Transfer beginnt ab 5h.
