Really nice stay

Really nice stay! So central and easy to get around on foot. The staff is nice and serviceminded and the restaurant is really good 👌 A good experience - for us and our children

Good central hotel with very nice and helpful staf

Truely a nice stay with our friends. Very central and nice staff. One of our friends is in a wheelchair but Maggie made it work. Breakfast buffet is the "usual" delicious Mariott standard and the bar has a good selection of everything though a nice "black" german beer would be appreciated :-)

Great stay. They're air conditioning was not working in the entire building, so they gave us a room upgrade, free breakfast, and a fan. Pretty much everything they could do for what was an unfortunate situation. So we were content with that. The room was warm, but we did ok.

We liked the hotel and location. Breakfast was very good. However, we had a bad experience saturday night where the hotel held an event in the hall, which we weren’t informed about. We lived at the 1st floor, and the music and noise were very loud that even ear plugs couldn’t help. We called the reception during the night, and they told us that the music would stop before midnight. That did not happened. We called the reception again, and they had a hard time even speaking to us over the phone because of the noise and music. This time they said that the music would go on at least another hour. We complained about all of this the next day at check-out. We were not properly informed, we experienced bad communication and were not offered another room or a refund.

Das zentral gelegene Hotel is gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und es gibt bei Bedarf sogar ein kostenloses extra Bett fürs Kind. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch bei späterer Ankunft. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die angrenzende Straße ist leider bei vielen Fahrzeugbesitzern bis in die Nacht recht beliebt. Insgesamt aber ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Inkompetentes Personal am Empfang, wirkte eher gelangweilt und unfreundlich. Entkoffeinierte Kaffeekapseln wurden nur durch hartnäckiges Nachfragen an der Rezeption ausgetauscht, auch hier alles unfreundlich. Beim Checkout auch wieder nur die allernötigste Kommunikation, keine Nachfrage, ob es uns gefallen hat dieses Hotel sieht uns nicht wieder, schade, die Lage ist perfekt.
