This is a beautiful hotel- lovely rooms decorated with sophistication and high ceilings. Service was impeccable also in the Brasserie and Petit Tortue restaurants. Well situated for shopping and seeing the city.

This hotel is very cozy, yet quite cool. Lots of dining and bar options. Area around is convenient for waking and shopping. The room we had was great. Super high ceiling, very modern and comfy. Comfortable bedding. I’d stay here again.

Pure luxury!

How do you explain how pure luxury feels. That is how the hotel was from start to finish. Everything smooth from check in to check out. The staff were so polite and welcoming, always a hello or goodbye! What an experience. I have a hotel for life in Hamburg now.

Room was lovely with very high ceilings giving feeling of space. Hotel is very close to shopping area though the area is a bit devoid of atmosphere early morning, evening and night. Food and beverage is very expensive in the hotel and I do draw a line at 30 Euros for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. On the first night the fire alarm went off at midnight. We stayed 20 minutes downstairs. The next day when we asked what happened they explained it was a false alarm and no apology was given to us. Great quality breakfast but extremely slow. It's served à la carte, so you have to wait forever for them to bring you what you ordered. Comfortable, clean rooms and attentive staff.
