"Food was expensive and terrible. Room only had one plug socket that worked and plumbing system is really load if any room uses water making it impossible to sleep. "

"We had a really really lovely five days at the cottage. It is set in quiet rural surroundings but only a few minutes drive from Lampeter. The cottage is very well stocked with everything you need and lovely and warm for February. "We really enjoyed our stay. Woodpecker Cottage was very cute and cosy. Hosts Zena & Leigh were very attentive and even provided some basic food items which included some non dairy items for me and fresh eggs from their hens. They were very helpful and gave us information on great hiking locations. They also provide lots of documentation at the cottage with suggestions of things to do and sites to visit. The area was very pastoral and provided easy access to many hiking spots (local and up to 1hr away). "
