Bobacka's little croft is a rural experience that takes thoughts away from everyday life. There's room here to slow down and be -- in your own rhythm.

Our mornings begin in silence under the shade of old elms and the evenings end with the warmth of the sauna or by the campfire. The environment offers peace, but there is just as much to do as you want.

Pikku torppa is a 55 m² complex, where everything you need is compact, a main room, a bedroom, a well-equipped country kitchen with a private bathroom and a terrace in the evening sun make the little croft a functional and peaceful holiday home.

The equipment has taken into account the fluidity of everyday life — here you can concentrate on being without having to think about missing things.

You can complement your visit with pre-booked sauna experiences — in a wood-fired atmospheric sauna or a vaulted sauna, which for many of our guests is the most memorable moment of the whole holiday. On request, we also heat a wood-burning barn.

The village's river bank and winter oasis, as well as the idyllic village of Alvettula with its village restaurants are 2 km away.

Bobacka's little croft is suitable for you who appreciate silence, space and authentic surroundings, but also that the visit runs as smoothly as possible. This is not a place for haste, but for peaceful togetherness.

We highly recommend that you get to know the lively village environment and the cultural sites of Hauho Keeper in more detail. Even during a short visit, you will have time to take a walk through the narrow alleys of Hauho wanha track, admire the medieval stone church or shop for local food in the neighboring village of Laitikkala.

At other times, guests have the opportunity to spend time if they wish in their own privacy. The peasants move around during the day doing yard work and in the garden.

Our site is located approx. 2 km outside the village complex in its own peace. The old courtyard with its buildings is like a small village. The beautiful light main building, the red courtyard for the residents, the log shed and the brick stables surrounding the courtyard tell their own story. A spacious field landscape opens up around.

The village beach and the terrace of the summer shop can be reached by cycling. In winter, there is an opening on the beach. 6 km to the centre of Päätijärvi, where you can find the nearest grocery store and other services. Our destination is located approximately 60 kilometers from Tampere and the same distance from Lahti. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from Helsinki to Hauho.

The nearest railway station is in Hämeenlinna (30 km).
