"It is a good concept for some travellers but not one i ever experienced and hesitate to use the hospitality word too freely. Arriving late, i realised i have not received any passcode that was needed nor a reply I could read advising that parking was on the street, until i found the number to call. the lady was up late and helpfully provided me with the number to get in, and then i had to download the app for accessing my room. "totally terrible, NOTHING like any pictures on the Expedia website. Bed sheets not changed from the previous quests - hair in a bed, dust everywhere, floor was sticky and dirty. The owner was rude, couldn't see what’s wrong with the linen and the room and offered to give money back and to look for another hotel. That's what we did, but still waiting for the refund - three weeks passed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and be cautious when checking expedia website, review was 5 out of 5 for this...
