"The door in room 125 had a crack in it so not sure how secure it is, and the carpet is disgusting. My kids feet were black seconds after walking in. The bed was comfortable and lots of food options around."

"I was unable to check in because the front desk did not have a working computer. The person at the desk seemed completely unaware of our reservation made through Hotels.com and was unable to assist in any meaningful way.
The condition of the property itself was unacceptable and not suitable for guests. Due to these issues, we had no choice but to find and pay for another hotel in the area.
