"Ziad is a great host and was very easy to communicate with him for check in instructions. What a great apartment! It was a very clean and comfortable apartment with a pleasant and spacious set up. I loved the balcony - perfect to drink tea in the morning. The salon was nicely decorated and cozy. The shower had good water pressure and was hot, extra points for the tub feature to soak after a long day. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend."

"Before we arrived, we had good communication with the hotel. The stay was also good. However, we forgot a necklace in the hotel room and since then we've tried to reach the hotel for assistance without being able to get hold of them. It's a huge disappointment as the necklace had emotional value, and to not even respond is below any expectations. Something that could have been a pleasant stay became the biggest disappointment of the trip. "
