"The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations."

"The backyard grass was uncut and there was an old carpet and lantern on the side of the house by the wheelchair ramp. The home had a damp odor throughout. The neighborhood is not the best."
