The Colgate Boathouse is the property next door — private walking path, shared shoreline, self-serve kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests. Family-friendly home with sun-room (two queens + trundle for 1), six Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, lawn games, electric fireplace, wraparound deck. Sleeps 5. Five minutes to Colgate.

Great lake houes!

This was the PERFECT place for us to stay as we attended a Reunion at Colgate University. Very cute house right on Lake Moraine. Comfortable with all amenities included. Would happily stay here again!
