We had a fantastic stay at this home! The bedrooms were incredibly spacious with generous closet space, and the heated floors made everything feel extra comfortable. The master bathroom was roomy, and the bathtub was a very comfortable size — perfect for unwinding. The water was consistently hot, which we really appreciated.The living room and kitchen offered plenty of space for our family to gather, cook, and relax, and the home was well‑stocked with kitchen essentials, bath supplies, and laundry items. It made the entire stay smooth and stress‑free.The location was close to great wineries, conveniently near shopping, and just minutes from the Upper Canada Cheese Company, which we loved so much we visited twice. Our stay was so comfortable that several family members mentioned they’d love to recommend this place to their own guests in the future.The owner was wonderfully responsive, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Women's Retreat

This property played host to a wonderful women's retreat complete with in home yoga and barista, private chef, spa and shopping. It accommodated all 9 ladies well and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Note if you are traveling with a larger group, the hot tub only seats 4 at a time.

Wonderful Weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this stunning luxury villa! The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view of the orchards from the property is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. One of the highlights was playing the grand piano, it added such a special touch to our stay. And, of course, the hot tub was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved this house for 10 girls for a weekend. It comfortably sleeps 12. The house is on a beautiful property 20-30 min away from the main party of NOTL. The big pool and hot tub were a great plus! We all enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home!

Great experience.

We were very pleased with our weekend stay at this attractive, clean and spacious Niagara villa. The host was organized and responded promptly to all our questions. We also met the property manager who was friendly and discreet. In the kitchen, there was every appliance and cooking tool we could want - pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, and more than enough plates, glasses and mugs for our group of nine adults. The location is close to many hiking areas, wineries and other unique shops. We had a very enjoyable weekend and would happily return to this property.

Wonderful location - amazing property

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. We were a large family and we all had our own spaces, yet also several large communal areas that we were able to relax together. This location was central to a lot of shopping locations which was great. This house was set up with everything we could have needed, including extra linens, towels etc. Thank you again for hosting us!

Pool made the house

The house is spacious and pool well maintained. It is close to attractions but in a peaceful location. I walked on the country road in the mornings and felt very safe. The host was responsive and helpful when we did have maintenance issues. It could use a good paint job and some maintenance updates but the host seemed open to hearing about improvements and getting those items corrected.

Large house in Jordan

The location of the property was perfect when attending a family wedding at a nearby vineyard. We were able to use the pool after the heater was turned up for us and the hot tub was much appreciated as the weather had turned slightly cooler. The kitchen was well stocked with serving plates and utensils and meals were easily prepared both inside and on the barbeque. The house was spacious enough for 8 adults with the 5 bedrooms. (We could have used one more bathroom with so many people but we made do) The communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful when we needed further instructions and this house is a great rental for a large group.

Family relaxing together

Beautiful house, but it is obviously a rental property as the finishes are rather inexpensive. Initially had difficulty with the pool and hot tub not heating. The pool eventually did warm up.poeveventually

Great house!

What a great vacation house! I wish it was my real house! -Plenty of rooms and space inside, large kitchen with island and wonderful front & back yard. -The master bedroom is huge with a to-die-for bathroom and two walk in closets the size of small bedrooms! -We spent a lot of time poolside and swimming. Pool gets sun all day and was sooooo nice! Kids had fun on the diving board and hot tub. -Loved the beautiful floors throughout. Very quiet - which is important when you have 12 people trying to sleep. -Beds were very comfy. -The dining room and front living room were super pretty but would love to see it as a game room, maybe with a pool table, a big couch and large family dining table for family game night, but we still made it work & had a great time. -Very quiet and peaceful location. -Only 1.5 miles away from Lake Ontario and ~20 mins from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. -The vineyards and wineries everywhere were very cool. Great roadside fruit market and bakery with insanely good fresh fruit frozen yougurt right around the corner too. -Communication with the owner was prompt when we had questions.

Property in Tired Condition; Severely Disappointing Experience.

I write this review with heavy disappointment. Advertised as "luxury," and does not meet expectations. It is getting worn out and needs maintenance: a broken window, scuffed walls, overdue power-washing, and a need for paint inside & out. The house also needed a thorough cleaning. We strongly advise against booking this property until substantial improvements are made. We deeply regret choosing this property and hope others have better experiences Research thoroughly when considering. At arrival, we encountered a disastrous rental property with a portable toilet outside, garbage (inside and out), insects, and unbearable conditions, forcing us to book costly hotel rooms. Returned next day and the house remained uninhabitable. The cleaning crew was polite but overwhelmed. More time and resources were needed to clean, disinfect, and restore the property. Flies and bugs, both alive and dead, were scattered throughout, and some were smashed on walls and ceilings. Two bug zappers were inside, and the air smelled strongly of bug spray, making it hard to breathe. We were told to expect a few flies due to the rural location and that the spray smell would dissipate. Mgmt clearly unprofessional. Role of property management is to manage the property and guest experience. We received no notice of the situation or that the property was not ready. Mitigations were useless. Property management did not provide the necessary oversight, support, nor service.

Fasho Solutions was incredibly responsive and warm. The place was absolutely gorgeous and accommodated our large group. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for us. The home is equipped with everything you need and is clean . The house was clean, the BBQ, the hot tub all clean and working properly. I will just make note that the heated pool is not heated until sept and only until Oct. So the advertisement is a bit misleading on that point . Nevertheless, it was a great experience and time . Thank you to the host .
