Charming w/ Grill, Hot Tub, firepit, Trails, 3.3 Acres-Just 4 Mi From Saugatuck!

This home will sleep 14, or you can rent our house next door to sleep 16 more, for a total of 30 people! We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. This home features a new home feel (2014 construction), vaulted ceilings, plush carpet, hot tub, firepit, patio seating, and plenty of sleeping space. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has plenty of seating around a 55" flat screen TV, with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 10-12. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron.

The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, 75" TV, and an additional table with seating for up to 8. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12.

On the back patio, there is a huge new 500 gallon, 7 person hot tub, with lots jets, lights, and a waterfall. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.

We are actively working with our local cleaning service to ensure that enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all changeover days including targeting high touch areas like door handles, remote controls, and light switches for disinfection. All laundry is already done on-site in the home to reduce the possibility of contamination. Additionally, our cleaning service never brings in their own equipment such as vacuums, brooms, etc. which reduces the possibility of cross contamination between properties.

Family Time

Absolutely fantastic stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful. Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was well stocked with games, beach chairs, towels, kitchen supplies and more. The accommodations were wonderful for our family which included grandchildren too. The location is extremely close to Saugatuck and Oval Beach is beautiful!

This was a great house with lots of room to accommodate all our guests. It was very clean and we loved the amenities. The large backyard and trails were nice as well. I would definitely rebook.

Kirschbaum Vacation

We had a wonderful time spending time with our entire immediate family. Home was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Hot Tub was a hit for all. Grandson loved the ping pong table and games in the basement. The weather was very cool for mid June but we found things to do each day.

Grade School Girlfriend Trip

We absolutely loved your home and enjoyed it to the fullest! We rarely wanted to leave as it was so comfortable and inviting! We loved all the property and privacy! Beautiful home.

This was a beautiful, clean home. It was well stocked for all of our needs. The owners thought of everything. The location was perfect, just a short drive to many beaches and Saugatuck, Douglas, and Holland. We had age range from 5 to 94 the home was perfect for all. Thank you for letting us use your home. Girls gift exchange weekend 2023

We had a wonderful time at your property. We stayed previously at your sister house next door, but with 12 adults, the kitchen was a bit small so we decided to give your neighboring house a try. We were so very happy we did. We loved the house. The beds were all very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms with 12 women was a definite plus. Very nice house, thank you so much for sharing it with me and my friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Something for everyone

We had the most wonderful time celebrating Christmas together as a family. There was something for everyone. This house was big enough for 4 couples (each had their own room) and 5 kids (cousins). It was nice that all the cousins could be together in a room. We enjoyed the pool table, basketball, hot tub, fireplace, TVs, large kitchen, walking path through the woods, fire pit, etc. The snow looked beautiful through the huge windows facing the woods.

Fantastic house! Perfect for our girl’s weekend.

There were 10 of us, from age 25 to 75 for a girls weekend, and the house was perfect. Clean, well stocked kitchen, everything was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the supplied firewood. The hot tub was great as were all the games in the lower level. We spent an afternoon in downtown Saugatuk, shopping and taking a Kokedama workshop at Puddingstone, and had a cider tasting at Vitue Cider. There’s so much to do close by, but we could have entertained ourselves for a week even if we never left the property. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful visit and kind, understanding owners!

We had a great stay at this house! The house is well stocked and we couldn’t think of a thing that we needed that wasn’t provided! We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 4-75 and everyone loved it! I especially liked the hot tub and the comfortable beds. The kids loved the trails, ping pong table and the games in the basement. One of them was so excited that he threw a foosball and it hit the 70 inch TV😬 We immediately emailed the owner who was so kind and understanding. We replaced the TV obviously so hopefully they will still let us come back because we’d love to!

This was our second time staying at this property. It fit our family perfectly. The grandkids loved the basement activities and hot tub when we were hanging out at the house! Our hosts were attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Absolutely fantastic. We were a group of four families, 8 adults with 6 children (a total of 14 people) and we had enough room and activities for everyone. Little details count too: beach chairs and towels available, enough games and activities to keep everyone preoccupied (spikeball, Cornhole, etc.), and a welcome packet/off to walk us through all of the amenities. Fun home in Michigan

We had 2 families stay at the home ( 9 people) and there was plenty of space! Downstairs game room a huge hit with kids AND adults! Good central, peaceful location for exploring many fun cities in MI. House was very clean, beds were comfortable!The property owners were responsive.
