"A hidden gem in Grand Rapids! The staff were incredible and so friendly- Elise especially! Her hospitality and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you! The location is super walkable and walker friendly. A quick 5 minute walk and you are downtown, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We had such a great stay. We cant wait to go back! "

"The hotel was very clean, with a convenient location to downtown and the zoo. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, with 3 adults and 2 kids, and it was wonderful! The kids loved the pool when we had down time. The breakfast buffet was small but met everyone's needs. Overall a great stay and would choose this hotel again the next time we come to Grand Rapids."

"I love this hotel, great vibe and colorful decor. Most comfortabe bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Hreat location, .2 miles from the Van Andel arena went to a concert. We will stay here if we come to grand rapids again."
