We were in town for my daughter's wedding, and it was difficult finding a property that would permit us to have a small gathering for the rehearsal dinner. In addition, we had a specific request due to a health issue of one of the guests. I inquired through the VRBO app, and our host (Lynn) was quick to respond and extremely accommodating.
