"Very disappointing stay
The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and despite reporting the issue, nothing was done. On top of that, our room was not cleaned for two days.
The food was also very disappointing ,bland, with almost no taste or seasoning.
For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, this level of service is unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this hotel."
