We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. "Room was clean, bed was older but still comfortable. We reserved based on the hotel having a hot tub. When we arrived we found out it was out of service indefinitely. The pool was slightly dingy. Breakfast was good and the portions were large. Our server was really nice!"
