From check in to check our you have a excellent staff . Our room was very clean . The only down side is we were in a room very close to the highway . It is very loud and at times the window wiuld shake from the large trucks going by. You need to put in not sound proffing . We would stay again if We could get a room on the other side . Heather who checked us in was very professional and told us about the new brewery across the street and made sure to tell us to show are room key for a 15%...

Checked in a little wary, hotel is right off the highway in an industrial area reachable by a poorly paved access road, BUT the lobby was clean and updated, the front desk staff very friendly and helpful, allowed early check-in, offered us a choice of rooms, pointed out the 24 hour coffee bar, and were just great. Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city!
The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations!
I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!!
