"Hillside Haven should be known as Hillside Heaven because that is what it was for us. My husband and I and our two little dogs enjoyed our three day stay very much. The little house was much more spacious than you could imagine from the pictures. There is lots of privacy - no one can see you in the hot tub from the road. The view is only woods in all directions. It was very easy to relax outside with a wood fire in the outdoor fireplace and so many birds singing in the trees. It is located just a skip down the road from Poley Mtn and a few minutes from charming downtown Sussex. Everything you needed in a rental was provided, including a Keurig coffee maker AND a drip coffee pot with paper filters. The hot tub and the house were in new condition, well maintained, and very clean. We appreciated that the host texted us several times during our stay to make sure all was good. We would definitely book here again. "

"Sweet Mountain View cabin is charming, well kept, and had all the amenities we needed. The area is remote, quiet, and beautiful. We loved the hot tub and woodstove for our girls winter weekend getaway. Josh was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a serene place to relax and have fun! I do recommend that you have the door passcode written down before you arrive as there is no cell service and you won't be able to access your VRBO account until you are inside and can access the wifi."

"This is a fabulous property in a spectacular setting! Stay here if you can. It has every possible amenity, from the down blankets for sitting around the fire pit to many, many games. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils you will need. Beds super comfortable. For those staying in the off, off season as we did, bring your food with you. St. Martins closes down pretty hard by mid October for dining, but you can be saved by the very fine general store there. Still, you should come for the experience of being right on the Bay of Fundy for the spectacular tides and walks to the caves right on your beach. "
