Nestled between the picturesque Seneca and Keuka Lakes, our newly renovated lake house offers a tranquil escape for those seeking relaxation and adventure. With breathtaking views of Waneta Lake, this charming 3-bedroom property is designed to be your home away from home.

Guests will have full access to the home aside from the Garage

To access the Lake you can utilize the public boat launch just 4 miles from the property.
