"I wasn't so sure about this place when we arrived but we ended up having a very nice stay here. The bathroom was huge. The master bedroom had a comfy beds and the heated mattress pad was outstanding! My friends were in the second bedroom and she didnt like that her bed was against an outside wall that she felt was chilly. "

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a welcome retreat from the graduation ceremonies at Otago University. The beds were comfortable, the scenery spectacular. On the two days we had to ourselves, the children lived on the beach and in the kayaks. Highly recommend."

"This beautifully themed boutique hotel was a tremendously great find. Each meticulously clean room had a unique theme. The rest of the hotel follows along with the towns steampunk theme additionally outfitted in a Christmas decor. Staff was super helpful and friendly. A great stay."
