"We stayed here for three nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth, the room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nicely maintained. The hotel was also very quiet, and for us, the location was perfect. There were a couple of issues. I had a problem with the AC, and when I contacted the front desk, I was surprised to learn that there was no maintenance team on site and they weren’t sure when it could be fixed. Luckily, the AC started working again on its own, so I didn’t need further assistance. The ice machine on our floor was also broken from Friday and was leaking water onto the carpet. As a result, our shoes got soaked every time we went in and out of the elevator. I only saw maintenance come to address the issue on Monday. Despite these inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Overall, it was a comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable experience."

"The best asset of this hotel is the location. It is in downtown very near Old Montreal and Saint Catherine St.,in the very lively area of Quartier de Spectacles. There's also a supermarket just a block away. Staff were helpful and friendly. There's water at the lobby which I appreciate especially during summer. The lobby is very nice. My only complaint was the bathroom was a bit smaller than usual, and one bed was placed quite cloae to the fridge so we could not fully open the fridge. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. I would still recommend this hotel to my friends. Plus their rate was very good compared to other hotels in the area."

"The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue was that the bathroom did not have any ventilation or an exhaust fan. We also really appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly and were very happy that they welcomed our little dog."

We also really enjoyed relaxing on the deck area and spending time observing the duck habitat. The location was within walking distance of excellent shopping, beautiful sites, and the Bell Center."
