2 Bedroom Hamptons Waterfront Cottage Rental

This incredible 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 750 sq ft Cottage is steps from an inlet leading out to Peconic Bay. The cottage sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom 1 has 2 Twins, Bedroom 2 has a queen Bed. The cottage has a private entrance and private deck with BBQ, kitchen, and living area.
The space
This cottage is one of three separate cottages and part of a multiple-residence property. There is also a main house on the site where I live with my family and I’m easily accessible. Though the pool, pool house, and laundry facilities are shared, we practice social distancing and are negotiable regarding private times at the pool.
Guest access
Guests have access to 100 foot walking dock with seating to view incredible sunsets. Guests have use of the Pool, pool house w/bathroom and laundry facilities.
Guests have use of Kayaks, canoes, bicycles, volleyball, badminton, ping pong
and croquet. Guests will also have Seamless wifi and music at poolside.
Other things to note
This is a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. The property is a rare experience in the Hamptons.

We miss it already!
We loved staying there and the property offered so much. Such a cute cottage and Brian the host and his wife were amazing. So accommodating and we were sad to leave. I love it there and would stay again. Highly recommend.

Hamptons getaway cottage
We had a lovely stay at this location. The Owner is super-nice and responsive. The property is well off the beaten path and offers a quiet refuge away from the hub-bub of the Hamptons "scene". Especially enjoyed the pool!

Happy to leave a great review - we had a wonderful experience! Communication was timely, clear & easy. We had a warm welcome to the property by Brian. He was quick to offer help if we had any questions. The cabin was well equipped with anything we needed, and not cluttered with anything we didn't. The construction was impressive, the property was well maintained and cared for and the space was clean & cozy. The views from this property are stunning with plenty to do outdoors. It is quiet & peaceful and yet close to amenities! We had a very comfortable stay & would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying here!
