After reading not great reviews, wasnt sure about it. But....reviews were wrong. Cute little motel, quieter end, parking was great/easy, had fridge and micro (which we didnt expect), rooms clean, AC, owners were great. Will call direct next time for better rate. Close to everything ...check out Lola's (little deli a few doors down) GREAT PLACE AND PEOPLE!! WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!!! Thanks!!

Super friendly staff, very small rooms but kept clean with good AC. Only downside was the door to the room, which was just a simple sliding glass door with a curtain. Overall had a wonderful stay, will be returning. Can't do better at that price point, and free parking right across from the beach.

Last minute night at the beach with a beautiful next day. The family was great to deal with, the property is well maintained, this is your beach place. Close to everything but far enough away to be enjoyable at night. We stayed in the ocean view, which had a double (I believe) and a queen that was the perfect size for my family of 3. Jen, we will see you again soon!

The room was small but comfortable, bed was comfy a/c loud but cold, screen door very unruly and fridge froze everything, but my fsult for cranking it up too high, good for water not so much for veggies and cheese. Good spot for 2-3 days, I’d rate it a 6 out of 10. The room was on side of main building, not the motel rooms in back of property.

Great location but could use some updating, Window coverings in the room blocked no light what so ever, when the sun came up...you were up. The toilet is very low to the ground, at 6'1" it was awkward. Beds were comfortable, a/c was cold and the frig kept drinks and snacks cold.

Nice view, not so nice room

This property was very dated and in need of updating. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up, there was peeling paint on the door, the slider tracks were filthy, some of the fixtures looked unsafe and rusty. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The air conditioner had not been on all day and by the time we checked in at 3 it was like an oven. The room never did cool down until the evening when we opened the slider. The view was good, but wouldn't stay again.
