With elevator access to the 5th floor, this unit is fully handicap & wheelchair accessible with clear pathways from the parking lot up to the 5th floor to inside the condo.

Sleeps 6 with queen size beds in two bedrooms and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Large fully furnished kitchen, stylish living room, large ocean facing deck, beautiful view of the ocean.

No property including beach chairs, towels, etc. to be left in the common areas or rear balcony - either place in your vehicle or bring inside.
Comes with a private parking space! Please park only in the assigned space #22 and no others, and be sure to return the gate key before you leave :)
