"I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was honestly frustrating from start to finish. I had to switch rooms twice during my stay. The first room had several issues./ the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, the sink kept clogging, and overall the room was not in acceptable condition. Packing and moving all of my belongings multiple times completely disrupted the trip. To make matters worse, I lost my wallet during my stay. I contacted the staff, and they told me they would check and get back to me, but I never received a call. I ended up driving back to the property myself, only to be told that my room had been reassigned immediately after I checked out, so they claimed the wallet couldn’t have been there. The whole situation felt disorganized and dismissive. I came here expecting to relax and have a good time, but instead the experience was stressful and disappointing. I understand that problems can happen, but better maintenance, communication, and customer service would have made a huge difference."

"Very secure with gates and very helpful and willing staff. Checked in rather late, so I did not make use of many of their amenities, however what I did use/see was great. Would stay again."
