Welcome to your summer oasis! Our ocean-view sanctuary features a spacious living room with stunning beach vistas where you can unwind in front of the electric fireplace and catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area to the kitchen and breakfast bar, making it easy to whip up meals and relax after a day of sun and surf. Step out onto the balcony with outdoor furniture—perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying sunset cocktails with friends.

KITCHEN:

Get ready to create delicious summer meals in our fully equipped kitchen! It includes a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dual Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. We’ve stocked it with cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, and essential pantry items like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee to ensure a hassle-free stay.

BEDROOMS:

Rest easy in our cozy main bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed and ample closet space for your beach attire. The second bedroom features a full-size bed, making it perfect for kids or as a quiet workspace. All linens are provided, ensuring a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

BATHROOM:

Refresh after a sun-soaked day in the bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower. We supply fresh beach towels to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

PARKING:

Enjoy the convenience of private parking with ONE designated spot in the building. While additional parking isn't available onsite, street parking and paid lots can be found nearby. A parking gate opener will be provided for your ease; please return it at checkout to avoid a $100 fee.

Wonderful stay

There were so many items we found which were so helpful- food items like salt and pepper, oil, coffee, sweetener. It really was like being at home, with an ocean view.Our host was very responsive and polite. All in all, a great time. Thank you.

Oceanfront Perfection!

It was perfect! I loved the balcony and listening to the ocean! It was beautiful to see the sun rise right from the balcony every morning. The kitchen was fully stocked and updated, everything was very clean and we had a lovely time!

Well maintained, clean and cozy condo that couldn't be more conveniently located to Hampton Beach. Parking close to elevator. We felt safe and secure. Very quiet in late November.

Perfect vacation on the beach

The location, the equipment, the communication were perfect. It's close to restaurants, the beach, shops and you can see the fireworks from the balcony. The elevator simplifies access with luggage and children. We'll go back any time. Perfect for relaxing without constraints. Another good point: parking is secured by a barrier and far from street traffic.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful property - We especially loved mornings on the patio overlooking the ocean. There’s a great coffee shop about a block away, and the beach is just across the street. Communication with the owners was amazing. There was a power outage in Hampton Beach late one night and when I alerted Karla, she responded quickly and made the appropriate contacts to be sure the electric company had a crew on the way. Power was restored in about 2 hours. Beautiful condo in a great location.

First time visiting the north east shore. This location was excellent not only for Hampton Beach but also served as our home base as we sight see’d up and down the coast. Unit was as described and shown in the photos. Very well appointed and decorated for the season (very nice touch). Would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a quiet location on Hampton Beach and within a few footsteps to the beach and just on the edge of the board walk. Our visit was mid September and while a lot of the shops and attractions were already shut down for the season. There was still plenty to occupy and several restaurants open. We preferred this and can imagine the area gets pretty busy otherwise. Recommendations: I would be to add more pillows to the bedrooms or if you are able, bring some along. I would also consider leaving a small cooler for guest to use at the beach (chairs and beech toys were available at the unit for guest).

Life's a Beach

Perfection..!! My stay here made a non-beach person excited to book again. The hosts were a click away for any/all information needed. If you want a gorgeous condo.. over looking the Atlantic Ocean.. while having all the "beach life" ammenties st your finger tips.. Book it..!! :)

Excellent location, great view, very nice stay

The location of this property is perfect as there is no closer access to Hampton Beach if staying on Ocean Blvd. A new building so everything was perfect and excellent service provided by property manager. Great week and highly recommended.
